Check out some new Direct Mail Lists tricks!
As Target Direct Marketing Lists Brokers, we are always looking for new ideas to provide to our clients and prospects.
One area that you may not think is changing much is direct mail lists marketing. Because it is an older method of reaching out, it is that much more important to keep it fresh.
We located some good articles that we think you will find worthwhile. Please let us know what you think. Thanks!
Here is an article from Target Marketing titled: 3 New Direct Mail Lists Tricks for Old Testing Rules. One key comment is: “successes in adding full color, inserts, testimonials and other elements in Standard mail…..successful additions to First Class packages while staying within the “winning” postage level, or lightening the package to get it under the next level.”
Another article from Small Biz Marketing Tips makes several good suggestions. Here are some of them:
- Using a Google search you can locate local businesses through your Chamber of Commerce. Send 10 businesses that fit your target market, within your geography a letter each week.
- Instead of selling something in your direct mail piece, focus on value that you can offer them. What differentiates you from the competition?
- Do something as simple as using a different size or color envelope or a bright post card.
There are thousands of different lists available for you to utilize. I always ask my clients how would they know which vendors to use. That’s where we come in because we have worked with dozens of vendors over the years and can ensure that we obtain your list(s) from reputable sources, and at a competitive price.
